Refund & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable once a treatment has been completed. Due to the time, products, and professional services provided, refunds will not be issued after any service has been performed. If there is a concern regarding your experience or results, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may address the matter appropriately. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who: • Cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment, or • Fail to show up for their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total booked treatment cost. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for each client and allows us to accommodate other appointments. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened to avoid delaying the next scheduled appointment. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Agreement By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed above.
